  “K&R is a ripoff because of employees like Joe. The man has no concept of the term customer service. He lacks any moral fiber and addresses customers as if he's doing them a favor. Once addressed by this bafoon, he attempts to double-talk and insult you all at once while continuing his efforts to swindle the next unsuspecting person seeking parts or service. K&R would be the only place a degenerate like this could get any form of employment. He's an uncouth, unscrupulous loser and my experience with him will keep my company from doing any further business with them.”

  “This Joe is a rude, arrogant liar. He quotes parts that are there and when you arrive - they're not or prices are all over the map. The man has absolutely no concept of customer service. It's painful to deal with and look at him. I suppose a junk yard is the only suitable form of employment for this castoff, con-artist and overall loser.”

  RIPOFF JUNK YARD

  “My son show JOE a slightly damaged rim and JOE stated the rim was no good and sold him a used one for $145.00 (2009 Altima).We took it to a tire shop to have it mounted only to find out the original was fine. Tried to get a REFUND from JOE. He stated it was SPECIALLY ORDERED and therefore NO REFUND. HE LIED about needing a new rim.I guess to only way to stay in business is to RIP PEOPLE like my son off.”
