Mistreated elderly couple
“We made an agreement to buy a 2015 Dodge Dart. The salesman said he would deliver the contract and car to us that afternoon. He never showed. When I called him twice, he didn't take my calls. We did purchase a car at another dealership. Would like to know why we were treated that way. Mr. Garza did email me after we left the dealership saying he hoped we would consider the car we had driven. He hoped he had answered our questions;if we had any other questions we could call him.He never mentioned the fact he was supposed to deliver the car and papers to us that day. I plan on contacting Consumer Credit, the owner, and everyone else. I give you a 0 star rating.” -

“after going there for years with no problems the other day i was attempting to exchange a part and was called lazy by the owner and he said i was lyiing to him and kicked me out of his store saying to take my business elsewhere. i even offered to pay but he just erupted on me for no good reason and not only was he very unproffesional he was also wrong. i personally will never set foot in here again and highly recommend that anyone who reads this also takes there business elsewhere. this behaviour was unwarranted and unecessary. i was nothing but polite to him throughout this whole crazy rant that he put on. and this apparently happens to other customers as well from what i understand now.” -
