Established in 2012, STRIKING 101 Mixed Martial Arts in Brewster, NY, trains champions in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. Their instructors cultivate a welcoming environment for students of all ages and experience levels, helping them achieve their fitness and self-defense goals.
